At Woodman Corner it is fully understood the special place the “Local” has in many people’s hearts, therefore during the day, this is exactly what you’ll find when visiting. The professional bar staff will cater for the tastes and needs of all customers (old and new) with an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to suit all. With a keen eye on costs, keeping the prices competitive, you’ll also find prices are keen and won’t break the bank.
The 10 metre “open plan” bar, packed with various West Bromwich Albion memorabilia from previous years and decades, is not only very spacious and inviting but most importantly functional and efficient, keeping serving times to an absolute minimum.
Should your preference be to sit on comfortable sofas and enjoy a good book or perch yourself on the high stools at the bar, watching the TV Screen, everyone is always made to feel welcome. If you’re looking for added entertainment (if you’re visiting when there’s no special function or no sporting event being shown) there is also a Pool Table and Juke Box for your added enjoyment.
The beverage menu continues to evolve, changing to suit the clientele. Future plans to work with CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) are in the pipeline enabling Woodman Corner to introduce a new range of Real Cask Ales.
With a fully equipped kitchen, Woodman Corner provides snacks only generally with a full and extensive menu only available during specific times and special events. Visit on a Saturday afternoon however and you may be lucky enough to sample “Tracey’s Pork ‘n’ Stuffin’ Sandwich”, the best in West Bromwich some would say!!!
